Located at the heart of major road and railway networks (A6 & A5 motorways, Île-de-France road N104- La Francilienne, Regional Express Train Network [RER] D, T Zen bus network), Grand Paris Sud is the result of a merger between the agglomeration communities of Evry Centre Essonne, Sénart, Seine Essonne, Sénart en Essonne and Grigny municipality. Key contributor to metropolitan expansion, its assets are numerous: an invaluable real estate offer in the Île-de-France region, economic momentum sustained by the presence of promising sectors, two evenly developed centres located both sides of the river Seine, a preserved natural setting and a young population.
